wrong mutation entries in 7/12 extracts

party got sanctioned a layout consisting of 5 different gats with registry in name of 5 different persons of same family....
Problem is as per map sanctioned and 7/12 extracts issued, each person has become owner of all 5 plots and all 5 names appear in 7/12 without being made partners.

now what is legal solution to rectify this so that party do not face issue in providing finance to buyer and titlw search report

Industry experts say that 7/12 Extract is a land record for tax collection purpose and can be produced as a proof to show the possession rights of the land. But, the document is not a proof of an established title. Therefore, one cannot transfer the title on the basis of 7/12 as it does not act as a proof of ownership.
