Respected sir,
I am having my heridatory inami land in Muthe village tal Mulshi Dist Pune.
But on 7/12 noticed that some wrong names are by the talathi to make money and land owner is asked to correct it to run begging the authorities to correct it.
It not total the talathi is responsible to making purposely wrong names to make money.
The concerned should be Punished for this all wrong doings.
And My Government cannot stop this type of mischiefs to suffer the land owners and Punish the
criminal tendency foulty Talathis.
Hopping the improvement in this type of activities.
Issue legal notice to concerned authorities. If the authorities do not rectify file a writ of mandamus or PIL before the High Court.
It is better to consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for appreciation of facts/documents, professional advise and necessary proceeding.
