The geenric answer to your generic query is : NO!

You may discuss your issues in detail with all docs on record with an able lawyer dealing in such/banking/DRT/consumer matters.

Bankers also do wrong actions, borrowers as well. Aggrieved party has to bring the actual facts before DRT, through an expert lawyer conversant with DRT Act & Rules and also Banking Law and Practices

Wrong practices of what nature? DRT has no jurisdiction to adjudicate, in a SA filed before it, other than matters or facts related to the SARFAESI Act, 2002. There are lots of case laws of Hon' SC & HC for reference in this regard (Adjudication). However, I would just you to anyway frame your contentions which 'might' be of help before HC or SC.
