Hoarded wealth cannot give bread and butter to the poor people of Kerala in particular and India in general unless deployed on developmental works of india.

The asset is now very safe. If it is handed over to the Govt., it will be gulped by the politicians and will be kept in swiss banks.

Basavraj ji. This particular govt being corrupt doesn't change the law if govt has any right to take away this properties. However, going by the reputation of this govt, honorable court might appoint some unbiassed uncorrupt receiver or SIT to oversee the procedure. Once it gets recorded in the property of Indian government, no individual corrupt leader can take a chawanni from that. so worry not please.

Trusts are well defined legal entities authorized to hold properties. Govt just can't take away any trust's assets on it's will. Legal procedure needs to be followed. If it comes out that govt can take it or part of it on some applicable legal grounds, only then govt should take it.

All jewels have to be deposited in the name of Padamanbhaswamy temple or in the name of temple. In case Government involves, need not say our Government and Minsters loot the temple Jewels anything like...better than the late, let Govt give all support to the temple without taking into the custody. Since the Jewels cost worth more than 10000 coroe... I dont believe on the Govt.....now all Govt in Corrupt take example UPA Govt and Karnantaka Chief Minister Mr. Yaddiruppa is looting all of our land in Karnataka...who will ask him for this...
