my one of accused presented cancer cerificate in court by his lawer and she did not came to court from past 6 months . i think she made fake mediacle cerifite from patna bihar and presented in pune court . last time her lawer said she will take bail on bailable warrent on 19/7/2016 but she did not come but send one mediacle certifiacte.
so how to proov that she is presenting fake cerifiate and she dont have cancer and why not she charged with 420 for presenting fake certifiacte and not attending court . what sould i do in this condition ?? i want her to come in court and attend all case dates not atleast get non bailable warrent ???
