1. Summing up the Goa Assembly Speaker's in terim order restraining two MLAs from casting votes in the confidence motion moved by the state Government as a ""strange"" case where notice had been issued to the complainant but not to the MLAs who would be affected, the Supreme Court on Monday reserved its verdict.

2. An Australian court will on Tuesday decide on Mohammed Haneef's appeal to have his work visa reinstated after terror charges against him over the foiled terror plot in the UK were dropped.

3. The Supreme Court on Monday granted interim bail to actor Sanjay Dutt, who has been sentenced to six years rigorous imprisonment by a TADA court in connection with the 1993 Mumbai serial blasts case.
