I have applied for A Khatha in BDA (Bangalore Development Authority) a month ago. (Not through Sakala). While appying they have demanded for Rs 10000/- bribe. But I did not pay the same.
Now it is more than a month. When I enquire at BDA Office about the status, they are not replying me clearly. They are not at all responding. I do not know what to do and hence feeling helpless.
Can you please guide me in this?
