Action by lower court after judgment of session court

Dear sir

My relative a widow had filed complaint u/s 19 for residence right by way of interim order u/s 23 of PWDV Act in a delhi court, in her late husband's flat occupied by his relatives since several years .She had asked for time being one room and bath room only in flat as interim accomodation till final judgment comes form the court.

This was dismised by magistrate (mahila court) .However the appeal has been allowed now by sessions court clearly stating that she has right to stay there till judgment of the civil court about a forged will comes out and  if the will is got probated in occupying party's favor.

The TCR and copy of order has been sent to the lower mahilla court by appellate court

Is the lower court of magistrate now supposed to move on its own , and  issue order for 30 days to opposite party to vacate requistioned part of the apartment ? or any action is again required from complainant. ? what is procedure. Already 2 years have gone and she has no accomodation in Delhi.
