I have leaved the Institute (UIET Kurukshetra) after submission of fee in the month of august, 2011. Institute give me one month time for refund of fee but after 3 month, institute fail to refund me fee and give me time again & again now give me time up to January 2012. Kindly suggest what I do?

Kindly refer to the prospectus of the course and study the refund of fee clause. You can visit the website also. If the fee is refundable, you should submit a written communication in writing under acknowledgment, citing all representation made by you so far mentioning each date, name of person, phone numbers etc.
If no relief is granted, you may issue a notice (which you can also send)/legal notice and let your lawyer take over the matter?
