Can a person can adopt both Male and Female.Does What Rights thease Siblings have?In case at a future date, if the adoptive father denies the fact(Because of some force in the family) of adoption of Female child, in to the family and writes a WILL  AND DIES!But  the school records says that ,the Female child father's name and the family name is of the ADOPTIVE Father ?and the property is written in the Will is not of his OWN earned, but got to him by virtue of his Marriage in to the Family? What should the Female CHILD Do?

The Guardiaans and Wards Act,1890  regulated adoption before 1956. In ancient times it was a custom to adopt from the family but after 1960 adoption from unknown families gained popularity.
