My grandfather got expired after having a registered agreement to sell ( bayana ) with his landlord. As my one unce was living with my gradfather, so he pain the balance amount and purchased the flat but high court made us legal heirs, now i filed a case of injuction partiton ....and the lower court gave us a stay on that....i want to ask that can we have a share in that flat if we r ready to pay our shared amount.
