Am i eligible for wage revision arrears

Hello sir/madam i worked in the lic as probationary development officer from 18.09.2023 to 30.04.2024. The wage revision was due from 01.08.2022. The central govn approved the hike on 15.03.2024. However the gazetted notification for the same was released on 30.04.2024. I resigned on 30.04.2024 .In that letter i clearly mentioned that" today ie 30.04.2024 is my last of employment at lic". The process of resignation however continued for sometime and i attended the exit interview on 16.05.2024 thereby completing my resignation process. The official gazetted notification states that those whose resignations have been accepted from 01.08.2022 to 30.04.2024 are not eligible for arrears. Notification screen shot is attached herewith. When i asked about my arrear they(staff) said that since u could not have qualified the condition so not eligible. But I feel im because 1. I wrote clearly in resignation letter my last working day ie 30.04.2024 so i was still employed on the day of publication of notification in the gazette 2. My resignation was not accepted as exit interview happened on a later date ie 16.05.2024 So my query is if im eligible??
