Amendment to sch.ii to shop act

This Amendment by Mah Government is the maiden step to minimize (not eliminate as the Ministry still have termites affecting the whole infrastructure and the Minister should take serious note of). The Retail Industry would benefit the most as in the past every Retail Industry has to  apply for an exemption which, besides tedious time consuming process entails demands of gratification and hybrid corruption. Another welcome step is to have extended the period of women employees working hour to 9.30 pm - At the present juncture, while this empower women and may provide opportunities, may lead to exploitment, besides high risk while returning from work for women. This should have been deferred considering spite of molestation and rape cases.
