fake insurance was issued by the agent and a consumer case is pending in the consumer forum. The agent replied that he has not issued the insurance nor he is any agent of the insurance company. Now I have to submit rejoinder and before that can I request the consumer forum to take analysis test of his handwriting and signature at appropriate test under laboratory. Can court accepts the same and order the agent go go for his handwriting and signatures test. Please advice.
