ancestral property

Mr X Wills  a  specific portion of his self earned property in Delhi to his daughter. Can the daughter Will this portion of property to any one, barring her legal heirs? can the children of the daughter lay their claim to the property being the grand children of Mr. X.

it will be held that property came from ay will is trated as self acquired property so by the way of will she can give anybody as per her wish .

about claiming ;it is not restricted by law ;anybody can claim anything ,but result will be on the ground of law. fact and proof.it will be with her  will .

Can someone please help me with an urgent problem- My maternal side ancestral property on which the grandfather who has already expired 24 years back,has not given will of the property to anyone individual.Gradually when now patta is not yet being out from the court, and my mom is also a member of it?? So can we claim for the property??
