I have a land which comes under Bihar State Housing Board (LIG) I have been informed that if I want to sell this land I will have to pay labhansh (Profit Sharing) to the board. Can you please suggest how much is it if the land value is about 30 lacks. Whatever I have been informed so far has been Shocking.
