Bought jewellery but got 50% faded one

I bought goods worth 810.29$ from www.alibaba.com from one of the sellers. 50% of the goods are damaged. 20% is broken for which the seller is ready to pay back. for 30% goods which are faded seller says its not my fault. I told them I will teach them a lesson. I put my 4 years savings to buy them being an Indian 810$ is not a very small amt for me and it takes long to save this much. I dont know what should I do because now I feel like I am completely broken. If anyone can help me what action can I take against them let me know.

Send a legal notice to the supplier. file a petition in the appropriate consumer forums.

How should I send a legal notice to the supplier because the supplier is located in Yiwu China and I am in Mumbai.

Also which consumer forums will be appropriate for this? Can someone send a legal notice from my side. I am ready to pay for that.
