Dear Sir,
We purchased a builder's flat which built on 250 sq yard in Uttam Nagar.There are total 8 flats. On ground there is complete parking space. In registry paper, builder's mentioned one car parking . Now builder forcefully parking their 2 cars in it and also there is small room in parking space , they are keeping their material in it .We ( all 8 flats owner) opposing for the same. As we are feeling like builder is ownder and we are tenants. Plz advice can the builder can do like this ?? What should we do, if they keep doing like this.
