I request help and views on the topic - Land Buy.
I am interested to buy an agricultural land in Raigad,Maharashtra. My family used to have agricultural land and the 7/12 extract also displays family names. Can the erstwhile sale be a hinderance to choose my profession of becoming a farmer ?
My Intent to buy is solely for agricultural purposes.
As per the Maharashtra state act:
1) Can "I" have the right to choose my profession of agriculturist if it has been given up by family in earlier times.
2) The intent of land buy is to carry out farming activities only.
3) Post 5 years of carrying out business activities if i intend to sell the land - if its an unviable business to pursue further - IS it possible?
4) My last question is - Who all can buy a land... what are there exceptions/aprovals needed to carry out farming activities for non - agriculturist.
I would really appreciate your kind help on this.
