I m applicant In 498 case,
My questions are
1) what r the stages of 498 case ?
2)What to do after chargeframe done ?
3)What kind of evidence should I produce to win my case
4) what kind of preparation shud I do to give statement in next hearing. ? My advocate remain busy he only come on hearing.... I feel that he shud read my case papers, discuss with me and guide me etc.. what preparation I shud do for next hearing. .the defence lawyer will also ask me questions ?
1) I have bank transaction statement
2) call recording and vdo recording of accused
3) his admission on stamp paper of money taken from us.
4) MLC and photos
