Where your signature is required, your digital signature can suffice. It doesn't mean not creating stamp paper.

The rental agreement can be oral or reduced to writing.
If the rental agreement is made in writing then it is mandatory to get it registered by paying appropriate stamp duty and registration charges.
The rental agreement by esahayak or by esign of aadhar is unknown to rent control laws in Tamilnadu
