Case against equal pay for equal work

i have heard that thosands of cases are pending and it will reqire six to seven years to get the verdict,pls suggest whether i go to court for justice or i wait.

Can you first say how many days that you will take to decide whether to approach court or not for your issue?

Whether to file a case or not should not be based on how many days it will take to get a decision, but whether you have a strong case or not.

Whether you file today or after 2 years, still the backlog will continue, as within the next two years many more cases will be filed by others (whether or not you file your case).
