These have happened all across & the roll callers / recruitments have upset many many competent, more deserving, honest people; ethics. The backdoor appointments block advertisements for several years etc & add to woes.

The people who pay exhorbitantly for nothing as big, as cherishable, all due to force; all out of their blood, hard labor should know what is what: What happened / incur them loses, who did it, when, how, who is eating up, how etc etc.
