Dear Forum Law Members,
I need a clarification on one of the legal document.
I shared legal documents to civil lawyer to get legal advise for DTCP Land purchase.
Lawer informed me that land document has 6 minors involved and it will be risky to purchase that land on the basis like if minor's become major they have rights to own the land and they or may file the case.
can I get some advise on this.

Is there any other legal ways to get concsent from minors so that I can discuss with real estate company.

Your lawyer is correct. However, if you are not satisfied you may seek professional services of another local prudent lawyer for appreciation of facts and proper guidance since the document has to perused before obliging .

You can purchase the land subject to condition that court permits the guardian of minors to sell the land.
permission by filing petition in the district court or family court seeking permission to sell the property belonging to the minor is binding and cannot be challenged by minors upon attaining the age of majority.
