We are an NGO catering to cancer patients with stoma and are Mumbai based. We have a centre at pune to cater to local patients. The centre has been picking up medical items on stick transfer and sending us their bills in a monthly basis to include in our system, the payment too is being transferred monthly. Recently we decided to deal with them on cash n carry and the centre is picking up material against payment. Do they now cease to be our centre? Can further billing to their local patients be no longer connected to us? Can billing with our bill book still continue even though we have stopped stock transfer and sell it to them?
Kindly clarify.
