We are in Process of Incrp 100% WOS as Section 8 Company. Parent Company has Authorised its MD and WTD to Subscribe MOA AOA in representative Capacity. Now CRC has sent for Resub with query to TWO SEPERATE SUBSCRIBER. License have already been issued and RoC did not raise any such query even in Past on same footing another Section 8 Co was Incrp and CRC issued COI.
Provided reference to earlier one but they are not accepting it.
