Company want me to sign second year bond

I have successfully completed one year as per bond signed with company, Now company want me to sign second year bond,
My question is that
is there any law that company can sign bond second time for second year ? I guess that is illegal activity.
I have served one year honestly and if they refused for increment amount or if they offer lower amount should I take objection for that ?

The bond, even if executed, cannot be enforced unilaterally.

Thanks for reply,
You mean "if you signed bond though company can not take any legal action" ?
I dont uderstand your reply. Please explain in detail.
If company can not take any action then why they will sign bond with me ?

it means that unless you sign the bond it won't be enforceable by the company.
