If the plaintiff would like to withdraw the case even without any compromise or agreement between both the parties, there's no legal infirmity in it.

If you withdraw the case means you can file again therafter anytime. But if you file compromise means the case will be decided and a decree shall be passed therby the parties shall be bound by decree and in future you cannot file case on same subject matter.

Avoid giving an examination, be specific with facts of your case, if any.

If you are not satisfied with the lawyer engaged by you, if any, who is well aware about facts and circumstances of the case and duty bound to satisfy your queries of the case, replace him/ her immediately.
