Conditional Bail - help

Hi All,

Thanks in advance.

There was a false FIR on me for the sections 324,498a.  After spending 22 days in subjail, I got conditional bail which states that, "I should sign at the police station for 4 weeks or till charge sheet filed, whichever is earlier".

Today is the last week of the 4 weeks.  Once this is over,  Should I apply for regular bail or any petition should I apply in court?

Regards,

Ravi

go and sign at police station  as per the direction in bail order till challan is filed or u can move application for modification of order ,if police fail to file challan with in reasonable period of time

Mr. Ravi, you have sufficiently complied the bail condition by marking your signature for four weeks.. Now you need not prefer any regular bail. Just wait for the police to file the Chargesheet, and then appear before the court upon summons.
