Please help me, i need a memo format for consumer forum, bangalore.
My have to opposite parties wherein one has received the notice and the other has not received the notice and it came back as there is no-one to receive the notice. Now its more than 5 adjourments and the court is still trying to reach them wherein we don;t have address of them. so i need to move the case forward because its now more than 4 months and still we are trying ot send notice to the person who is not at all there. I want to submit a memo saying that please move the case forward with the first party who has received the notice.
Pleaase help me, give me some memo format please.
