co-operative society in thane Dombivali area not in mumbai area is constructing shed on terrace and garrage. in Agenda they had put expenses devided amonsgt members per sq. feet wise but in lase few minutes at AGM members decided to devide it Per flat wise and finalize the same without considering small flats. These expenses also includes sheds on two private terrace and We are agaisnt for paying towards these two private terraces. AS members with bigger flats decided to split expenses as Per Flat wise their expenses has been reduced by more than 10000 and small flats are suffering.
In AGM we protested the same but objection was not noted but resolution was passed in 2017. however after AGM as well we register out objection with letter. but committee does not respond to our letter. neither they gave us any kind of receiving on letter.
Now when we are demanding for NOC from Society for transfering electricity bill in our name from the name of decease grandfather they have denied NOC till we pay entire amount as per resloution. Secretary has issued letter asking us to pay entire dues first.
My questions are:
1. How the expenses for shed to be shared? can society force any member to pay for putting shed on private terrace of anohter memebr?
2. Resolution has passed in AGM regarding payment to be made as per per FLat basis. what remedy is with us now?
3. can society hold back NOC or deny issuing NOC for mere change in electricity bill withou any prior resolution for want of paymet of some exorbitant amount?
4. can any one guide me about rules regarding Viisiters parking and parking rights of those whom premises has been given on Leave and license basis?
