Housing society is in existance since 1988. Builder developer only changed/bifurcated his land through application in govt. record. property card bears the name of societty as owner of that particular piece of land. society does not have any legal document like conveyance deed or sale deed etc. On the basis of record available in the property card can society go for Deed of Confirmation? py requisite stamp fee and registere the same. pl advice.
