Cross examination

SIR ,

         A PETITIONER HAS FILED CASE U/S 138 I ACT.IN CROSS EXAM IN CHIEF WITH HIM ,WE WANT TO PUT SOME DOCUMENTS BEFORE IN CROSS EXAM .SO HE MAY EITHER ACCEPT OR REFUSE.WE HAD RETURNED A PART OF DEBT BEFORE OF CHEQUE BOUNCE .WHICH IS SECTION OF CRPC UNDER WHICH THESE DOCUMENTS ARE IN COURT ARE REQUESTED TO PERMIT BEFORE CHIEF STATEMENTS STRATS .PL AWARE THE SECTION OF CRPC .THANKS

You can straight away produce the documents during cross examination and get the documents marked as exhibits through him.

If he denies then you can file a petition during defence evidence to mark this document as exhibits from your side while deposing oral chief examination.
