custody of children

Halo every one, I would like to have some case references under divorce/custody of children to mother based on enquiry done on risk assessment, psychological assesment by the court.The girl has applied for divorce/custody of her two children claiming that husband is alcoholic,womanizer,physically not fit(had undergo two/three surgeries) to support,maintain the children. Children are under the supervision of his brothers. He is mere a vegetable. I would appreciate the replies. BR, shankaR
