My uncle n we stay in one house but just partition between us. my uncle want to break his house n make new slab house.But problem is they break our house n damage my house and we told them to take responsibility for that but he ignored it. Without any permission from us and grampanchayat he started to break his side of house. But he damage our side also.Can u suggest me there is any solution on it or any section against his behaviour.
