My father & mother had jointly purchased physical shares of company in my fathers name and my mothers maiden name (A - before marriage)
My mother expired and the death certificate was issued in my mothers after marriage name(B)
The share certificate shows my mothers maiden name(A) and death certificate shows my mothers post marriage name(B).
My parents did not registered their marriage.
My father has made affidavit duly notarized on Rs 100 Non Judicial Stamp paper confirming that two names are of one person only( i.e A & B) are of one person only.
To dematerialise the physical shares, the company has asked for Gazette name change notification.
Can my father or i apply for name change of my deceased mother in Gazette , so that my physical shares can be dematerialised.
