Please can someone advise what is this declaration deed being referred to. Cannot understand this document and how is it to be prepared.

Who are legal heirs to the deceased? What is the personal law applicable?
However, the Society, in their records, can record the property in the name of the nominee if so provided under the local law applicable to the Co-operative Societies.
