DELAY IN GIVING POSSESSION OF FLAT

Dear Sir, I bought a resale flat in sanpada navi mumbai, where sale of agreement had happened on 16th Sep,09, after that owner were supose to take society official's signature on some documents to take CIDCO's NOC, but as of now he could not do so, where as my loan has been disbursed and EMI is already started, some how i conveyance my bank to release the payment without CIDCO's NOC, so that i can take possession but now owner of the flat is DELAYING for Sale DEED and not even GIVING POSSESSION OF FLAT and DD of the balance payment is lying with me.

You can either approach a civil court or a consumer court to redress your grievance. But both are time consuming. Try to negotiate with the owner and sort out the issues.
