I hold NCD from DHFL. In theory, catalyst trusteeship is supposed to be fighting on behalf of retail NCD holders during the IBC proceedings from DHFL. however, as outlined in this https://www.thehindubusinessline.com/opinion/columns/retail-investors-stranded-in-dhfl-free-for-all/article29974543.ece which is also supported by my personal experience in interactions with catalyst, they don't seem to have the necessary competence/or inclination probably because there are themselves a party to the scam and don't want to push much
Like other NCD holders, I agreed to let Catalyst represent me. is now it seems, it is really a free for all and whoever pushes the most gets the money, I'm wondering if it is of any use for retail depositors like me to file individual cases. Since IBC is a new law, I am not able to understand if any cases against DHFL will even be entertained because the company is already under IBC proceedings.
can anyone please advise on the current law for IBC.
Thank you for any inputs
