Dispute over my grandfathers property in bareilly

My grandfather left a property measuring 4409 sqare meters with a will to his sons to only live & rent 1/3 of their share barring them to sell the property to anyone .He gave the sole rights to his grandsons with a clause that the grandsons will first give preference to the other if anyone wants to sell his share if none wants to buy then he can sell his share to any outsider .All the grandsons are dead except me as the youngest .The case is going in the court of barielly and is on final stages .My questions are as under.

1) does the entire property belongs to me ?

2) will I be able to sell only my share of 1/3 as the grandsons heir will be the owner as per law?

3)I am looking for a shrewd clever smart lawyer who will fight my case on "Percentage " basis.The circle rate of my share is Rs.60000 per square meter amounting to nearly 10 crores..I am living in Ghaziabad and dont have means to invest money and time so I need a lawyer to for it

Which personal law applies in your case?

Or are you all Hindu?

The person who is fighting the case on my behalf gave me only 20 lacs 15 years ago..The case is still in the court ..Now even though I have given him POA 15 YEARS back He needs me everytime the court needs my presence ..I have asked him to meet me on 7th of this month then I will try to demand 1 crore if he agrees then good but if he doesnt agree its his loss .I need a lawyer just to shaken up his mental being so he agrees to pay me as he wont be able to do anything if I cancel POA ..and move out .He cant get the registry done without taking me in confidence .suprisingly the opposiition lawyer declared me dead in the court with a postcard sent by someone that I am already dead.As now the court needs to decide who is going to sell his share the court by my so called lawyer has said in court that i am alive .To prove I am alive the opposition lawyer has asked the court for my presence to prove I am alive ...the matter is stuck over here ..

I need a lawyer to take up the case on my behalf so the man who has given me so small amount shall panic and ask for a compromise with me ..
