Disputed property

Dear all Member.

I have done an agreement for three years on payment of Rs 3,00,000/- cash with an old widow lady to purchase a land with constructed two floor in Dec 2008 at Dhanbad, Jharkhand.

Unfortunately she has been murdered in 2009 last. Now she has no more. She do not have any son or daughter.

Her late husband have three brothers including him. All brothers has died. Now wife of two brother is still alive. And there is only one son of second brother.

On other hand widow lady has one sister who has taken property under her after her death.

Now how I should pursue in this case legally to get that land. Please suggest.

Total dealing is of Rs 5,00,000/- Out of which I have paid Rs 3,00,000/-

Sir,

1. I have made agreement for Land and constructed property on it.

2. Old widow lady has sold this land with construction to me.

3. Deal has been finalised in rs 500000 out of which I have paid rs 300000 in cash at the time of agreement execution.

Dear Dharmendra,

Just pay the balance amount to the legal heirs and get the property transferred on your name by a registered sale deed mentioning the particulars of your payment to the original owner and the legal heirs

That's what I am asking. Who could be here as a legal heir. She has no son or daughter as i have stated earlier. Her husband has also died.
