Dissolution of partnership and arbitration

In a partnership deed it was mentioned that any disputes arising out of this agreement is to be referred to Arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act,1996.

The Partnership got dissolved on the Death of a Partner. A dispute which arose before this dissolution was not referred to arbitration during the continuance of Partnership.

Now can any of the Partner or Parties to the PArtnership deed refer the matter to Arbitartion after dissolution?

even though ,your query is not very clear let me tell you the normal practice. Normally it wl be drafted with objetive to refer the disputes which may arise between the legal heirs of the deceased partner and the living partner. if you want make a detailed query.
