hi, i am from vizag. i had purchased plot in 2010 which is DTCP approved. During that time it was not under VUDA(visakhapatnam urban development authority) limits, but in 2012 the area was merged in VUDA. do i need to convert DTCP to VUDA & get approval from VUDA again or is it ok to construct house in DTCP approved land?? what are the legal issues that are to be considered in this issue.
