Same Mumbai HC different Bench has said DV Act is prospective just after few months in another Appeal of different parties !

Yes, I'm bit surprised, but it's a fact that judges often give decisions according to their own sweet will without considering previous decisions of their fellow judges.

My client's case is not in Mumbai High Court.
