Please help me to shortout below quarry as per the Delhi Shop & Establishment Act;
Disbursement of Earn Leave (EL) on the basis of employee's Total Yearly Payable Days or on the basis of Actual Yearly Working Days ?
In our organization yearly EL Entitlement is 30 Nos.
