Employers irresponsibility

I was exposed to the harmful nuclear radiation because of the irresponsibility to follow the minimum saftey procedures(none were followed)by the employer(an public sector org.) and the executing agency(contractor).I have then reported the matter to the management but no action was taken. Normally Radiation is not otherwise applied in our work environment which deals with petrol products. Ive had few symptoms of the exposure. The mental trauma that I had and still have because of this exposure by this negligent act, is unbearable. I used to take a lot of care of my health.  pls suggest how could I get the justice( I know nothing can completely reverse the health effects I were to receive) and also protection from the retaliation acts of the management who have lots of power to play as they like.

Download the Min. safety standards that prevail in your industry,  Min. safety procedures, irrefutable evidences of Non compliance by Principle/contractor, Health hazards that you were exposed to (medical reports) , bad effects on your health ( Medical Specialists Rx/report) ,  acknowledged copy of your representation to management…

Approach a very able Senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in such/service matters and having a successful track record …and worth his/her salt…with all record for a considered opinion.
