Enrollment as advocate

I have recently passed out LLB 3 years course ,after completing the degree through distence mode .But the bar council cannot accept my enrollment as advocate.Is a person who has completed their Degree through distence mode cannot be enrolled as an advocate.please give me the suggestion...
