my uncle runs a private limited company and suddenly dies in july 2015 after that company locked down so till july 2015 esi had been paid after company locked and all employees gone .now the esi has asked to pay for year 2016,17,18 to till date .we didnt recceived any letter or calls from esi for past 3 years but now they asked to pay full esi with penalty .how to resolve this?
