Hi , In brief I would like to ask my question.I have a Domestic violence case running in Pune Session Court .This has been filed by my wife against me.With my lawyers I have been able to rebut all assertions made by opposite party.I had also filed a RCR case against my wife in Panvel Court and I got an ex-parte decree against her where the court order states my wife to return in one month from the date of order ,i.e., 17th January 2012.My lawyers in Pune have asked me to get the RCR Decree executed.
My question is what does Execution of the RCR Decree mean?I mean what will happen on executing the decree.I know that no property of hers will be attached and neither will she go to prison.Will executing the RCR decree lead to me getting divorce from her ( in case she does not appear in the court).
