Fake issue of patta

Dear Sir,

Our company had purchased 2.17 acres  property near tuticorin, from  family members of six who were inherited.  We bot in the year 1988 and obtained patta, chitta and adangal in our name which comprises 4 survey numbers.  We also have been paying Kisti from thereon.  One fine day group tried to encroach our land and on verification with Tahsildar office, we found that one of survey no. was carved out from our existing patta and new patta was issued in our names jointly with two ohter names.  No notice were served on us.  On our compliant with Tahsildar, tahsildar found that illegal claimant has no document to prove her title and hence stayed sub-diivision of new patta in their name.  To re integrate carvedout patta with our existing we filed petition with Sub collector.  After multiple notice she appeared thro'a lawer stating that her father's name appear in A Register.  More over her father had two names and hence obtained Single person certificate from VAO.  The climant has not produced any legal heir certificate of her fathter, instead produced her mother leagl heir certificate.  I request you to clarify the following with relevant provision of law.

1. Can VAO has authoritiy to issue certificate in "person "A" is also called as "B" and certified that both are one and the same person.

2. Is mother's legal heir certificate will be considered, as wife of deceased father for them claim title.

3.Is "A" register is ultimate document for title, how PATTA, Chitta and adangal was issued in our name by Revenue department.

please clarify

Regards
